Rooms must be reserved by 3/17/2018 to obtain this rate. 

A special room block and rate of $139++ per night has been established for our conference attendees.   Reservations may be made online for nights within the following period:

Check-in – Sunday, April 8, 2018
Check-out – Saturday, April 14, 2018

This rate is also extended for nights up to 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference, subject to availability.  If you require a sleeping room outside of the blocked dates, please call Kelly, the Group Room Coordinator, directly at 216-928-3247 to make these arrangements.

Individuals may also call toll free 800-222-TREE (8733) or the hotel directly at 216-241-5100.  If calling to make reservations, you must reference ASCE Earth & Space 2018 conference.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a first night room deposit or with a major credit card.

Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 12:00 (noon).  Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to day of arrival.
